Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a can-do attitude.
• Knowledge of computer systems for document creation and collaboration.
• Organized, detail oriented, and quick to learn with process improvement focus.
• Ability to work independently with initiative and good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Review, file, and organize essential study documentation in the Trial Master File.
• Ensure documentation follows FDA and other regulations.
• Assist in identifying and addressing non-compliance causes.
• Help prepare studies for audits and annual SOP reviews.
• Prepare documents for IRB submission and archiving.
