Job summary

PEGUS Research is seeking a detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our Salt Lake City team. The role supports research study development, data entry, document preparation, and participant coordination, with a focus on quality and accuracy.

This full-time hourly position offers remote or hybrid work options, standard business hours, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities for early-career professionals.

Qualifications

• High School degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer systems, especially MS 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies
• Assist with administrative tasks (correspondence, scheduling, meeting minutes, data entry, coding, file maintenance, etc.)
• Edit, draft, and format study documents
• Assists in various tasks such as data and recording review, study trainings, and study coordination
• Provide support to study participants and study staff
• Help improve processes and solve problems

Research Assistant - PEGUS Research – Remote or Hybrid

PEGUS Research is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated self-starter to join our

The Research Assistant directly contributes to the team in these ways:

• Work on project teams that develop and execute research studies

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 hourly (based on education, experience, and fit)
• Approximately 40 hours per week, during regular business hours (M-F, 9-5)
