Job summary

Furman University is seeking a Research Assistant to support IACH research and evaluation projects with community and clinical health partners. The role involves coordinating study meetings, preparing meeting minutes, and assisting with IRB submissions and study instrument development.

You will collect qualitative and quantitative data, manage data in REDCap/Qualtrics, and perform descriptive statistics under supervision, contributing to manuscripts and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, social work, or health-related field required.
• At least one year of experience in applied health research or program evaluation required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; excellent organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Schedules study meetings with external partners and assists with agendas/minutes.
• Supports IRB applications and amendments.
• Assists with instrument development including surveys and guides.
