Role Description: UMKC ACTIVE Lab is a multi-pronged research lab that attempts to understand how to increase physical activity for large populations. We are currently recruiting for a Research Assistant to assist in a large-scale project to understand the sustainability of zero-fare transportation. This position will work closely with our existing team to complete a Dept of Transportation-funded initiative.

This is a 12-month, part-time, non-benefit eligible, unranked academic position. Position will average 20-28 hours per week.
This position is 100% externally funded with an anticipated appointment timeline of September 1, 2025 through August 31, 2026. Continuation of appointment / salary funding for the position after August 31, 2026 is dependent upon department need and successful external funding awarded for the position.
