Bachelors of Health Sciences Program Active Lab - Understanding physical activity behavior in Kansas City
The Active Lab in the School of Nursing and Health Studies has been awarded several grants to support community-based physical activity research initiatives. To successfully measure physical activity in these studies, we utilize Garmin accelerometer watches. We are seeking an individual to support the technical aspects of this work that will allow us to make large-scale data extractions from the Garmin API.
Key Responsibilities:
This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible, unranked academic position. Position will average 20 hours per week from June 1, 2025 through July 31, 2025.
Bachelor's degree required.
A background in Computer Science and/or experience with APIs is preferred.
The anticipated hiring range for this position has been established as $20.00.
