Duties and Responsibilities	Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Research Assistant to support ongoing public health research. This role involves working on various projects related to substance use, AI/AN tribal health, and professional well-being. This role is ideal for individuals with academic or professional backgrounds in public health, biology, medicine, nursing, or related fields. Key Responsibilities: Project Involvement: Actively participate in research projects focusing on substance use, AI/AN tribal health, and professionals' well-being. Assist in the development and implementation of research protocols, manuscripts, and grants. Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze research data. Interpret and summarize statistical results in a clear and understandable manner. Manuscript Preparation: Assist in writing methodology and results sections for research manuscripts. Ensure accuracy and clarity in presenting research findings. Literature Review: Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to support research projects. Stay updated with current research and trends in public health, particularly in the areas of substance use and AI/AN tribal health. Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the research team. Maintain open communication with the supervisor and team members. Meeting Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. Proactively communicate any challenges in meeting deadlines. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Statistical Knowledge: Proficiency in applying statistical methods in research. Familiarity with statistical software is a plus.
