Responsibilities
- Process tissues for flow cytometry and single-cell genomics assays.
- Perform molecular cloning and tumor transplantation surgeries.
- Conduct nucleic acid analyses and prepare libraries for sequencing.
- Run high-throughput drug screen experiments using ex vivo tissue slice cultures.
- Provide technical assistance to trainees and faculty in molecular and cellular biology experiments and animal studies.
