Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Bachelor's with 1 year related experience or Master’s in a related field.
Responsibilities
- Perform experiments and record data following established protocols; troubleshoot and modify procedures; maintain accurate records; analyze data and present results.
- Research and improve current methods; reproduce, evaluate and implement improvements; stay current with techniques and equipment.
- Lab administration: troubleshoot equipment, maintain inventory, culture cells, and support daily lab operations and safety checks.
- Customer service: maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders and respond to requests promptly.
