Job summary

The Rovniak Lab at the Penn State College of Medicine in Hershey, PA, is seeking several part-time research assistants to support a large randomized controlled trial engaging older adults with osteoarthritis in no-cost exercise opportunities nationwide. This role can be performed locally or remotely.

You will screen participants by phone, explain procedures via videoconferencing or phone, follow a scripted protocol, attend team meetings, and help with records, emails, quality control, and other

Responsibilities

• screening older adults by phone to ensure they meet study eligibility criteria
• explaining study procedures via videoconferencing or by phone to participants

• maintaining records of screening/phone activities
• sending emails to participants for various project-related administrative matters
• assisting with measurement quality control
• assisting with other project-related support activities
