Job summary

Augusta University is seeking a Research Assistant to organize and maintain a research laboratory, manage Drosophila stocks, and support molecular biology work. Training will be provided, and supervision of undergraduate researchers is included.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Associate’s degree with relevant experience, strong organization, and ability to work independently. Salary is competitive with day shifts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry, cell biology, social sciences, natural sciences, life, health care, or materials science with research/clinical experience.
• OR Associate's degree in related field with minimum of three years experience in a research or clinical area.
