Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Research Assistant to support protocol-driven research activities at our Jacksonville, FL site. You will assist with subject recruitment, data collection and entry, and conduct protocol-related measurements or interventions with participants.

A health-related Bachelor’s degree and CPR are required, with strong communication and computer skills. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
Basic Life Support (CPR).
Knowledge of medical terminology, reading and interpreting medical records.
Proficient with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Requires self-motivation and initiative; excellent verbal/written communication; desktop computing and operation skills.

Responsibilities

The Research Assistant supports diverse research activities per assigned protocol.
Assists with subject recruitment.
Designs data collection forms.
Performs data collection and data entry.
Conducts protocol-related measurements or interventions with research participants.
Monitors safety and reports any concerns.
