Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Research Assistant to support protocol-driven research activities at our Jacksonville, FL site. You will assist with subject recruitment, data collection and entry, and conduct protocol-related measurements or interventions with participants.

A health-related Bachelor’s degree and CPR are required, with strong communication and computer skills. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• Basic Life Support (CPR).
• Knowledge of medical terminology, reading and interpreting medical records.
• Proficient with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Requires self-motivation and initiative; excellent verbal/written communication; desktop computing and operation skills.

Responsibilities

• The Research Assistant supports diverse research activities per assigned protocol.
• Assists with subject recruitment.
