EMPLOYEE TYPE: Temporary (TMP) Staff (Fixed Term)

The position is a staff role in Clemson University's Institute for Engaged Aging, with a dynamic team dedicated to the Institute's mission to find and share the best ways to support and enrich the lives of older adults through research, education and community outreach.

This position is primarily for overseeing MRI data collection, scheduling, and transferring of MRI data.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Recruiting and screening older adult participants
  • Administering informed consents, behavioral assessments, and study interventions
  • Collecting, entering and analyzing data
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and reporting requirements
  • Possible outreach activities
  • Possible phlebotomy duties include safely collecting, processing, storing, and shipping blood specimens
  • Maintaining sterile equipment
  • Following all safety and study protocols

Other duties as assigned.

It is a part-time position with hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with possible additional hours up to 30 hours per week.

Location: Seneca, SC with possible travel between sites.

Compensation Information

Expected Salary Range $24/hr - $24/hr. Salary is dependent upon several factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's previous experience, knowledge, skills and performance in accordance with Clemson's compensation guidelines.
