Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Usability Specialist to support a design team focused on the transportation of goods within a logistics network. You will drive human-centered research including field studies, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform product decisions for internal and third-party customers.

You will partner with designers to align research goals, communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, and stay current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience conducting user research in a product-focused environment.
• Expertise in a range of user research methodologies and the ability to select the right methods for the research objectives.
• Demonstrated track record of translating research insights into impactful product and design decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to uncover meaningful insights from complex data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present research findings clearly and compellingly.
• Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest UX research trends and best practices.

This role supports a design team in the operations space that is focused on the transportation of goods throughout a logistics network ensuring a high quality end-customer experience with. As a Usability Specialist on this team you will play a crucial role in enabling the transportation of goods by creating products for both internal and third-party customers. Your human-centered research process will incorporate a variety of methodologies field study in-depth interviewing surveys to drive understanding of our users and drive the creation of tools that match their needs.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
