Job summary

EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, WA seeks a Research Support professional to assist with clinical research trials in the Research department. You will gather data, create and verify database files, and ensure data accuracy across files.

Responsibilities include supporting the Director and coordinators, managing RSC documents, drafting agendas, and handling CDA processes. May assist with vital signs, ECGs, and lab shipments as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of college or relevant experience.
• Familiarity with research terminology and basic clinical trial processes.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, GCPs preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical trials life cycle through the different phases preferred.
• 2 years or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience preferred.

• Manages the Research Steering Committee (RSC) document collection, process and packet distribution.
• Drafts agendas, prepares materials, schedules and disseminates information for research staff and directors meetings; records meeting minutes.
• Assists with Confidentiality Agreements (CDA s) process between Sponsors/CRO and EvergreenHealth.
• Manages shared drive folders, electronic tools and creates process maps for departments operations and procedures.
• May assist with patient vital signs, perform ECGs, process and ship lab supplies.
• Processes research documents sent to accounting (study checks, patient stipends, invoices/ checks to vendors).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Wage Range: $23.72 - $37.95 per hour

Not a remote position. Locations include Kirkland, WA and Bellevue, WA

Posted wage ranges represent the entire range from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional premiums based on shift, certifications or degrees. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience, level of education and internal equity.

Job Summary:

Performs various support functions to assist with clinical research trails in our Research department. Gathers and complies data assist in developing and creating database files, records, organizes and verifies the research data accuracy.

License, Certification, Education or Experience:

REQUIRED for the position:

• 1 year of college experience and /or 1 year of relevant experience
• 1 years of applicable work experience
• Knowledgeable with research terminology and basic clinical trial processes
• Knowledge of clinical trials life cycle through the different phases preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH guidelines, GCP’s and/or familiarity with standard preferred.
• Familiarity with research terminology or the ability to quickly learn terms

DESIRED for the position:

• 2 years or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
