We are seeking an advanced chemist to join our team to train AI models. Your responsibilities will include measuring AI chatbot progress, evaluating their logic, and solving problems to enhance model quality.

Qualifications include a strong understanding of chemistry—an ongoing or completed Masters/PhD is preferred but not required. Related fields include, but are not limited to: Postdoctoral Researcher, Formulation Scientist, Development Chemist, Analytical Chemist, Chemical Engineer, Medicinal Chemist, Biochemist, and Process Development Chemist.

This is a full-time or part-time REMOTE position. You can choose your projects and work on your schedule. Projects are paid hourly starting at $40+, with bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex chemistry problems and evaluate their outputs.
• Assess the quality of AI model outputs for correctness and performance.

Qualifications:

• Masters and/or PhD (in progress or completed) preferred but not required.
• Fluency in English (native or bilingual).
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in chemistry, inductive/deductive reasoning, and physical/temporal/spatial reasoning.
