Bering Straits Native Corporation seeks a Research Analyst/Management Analyst III to support the U.S. DOS TIP program from our Washington, DC location.
You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, draft country narratives, and help produce the annual TIP Report with cross‑functional teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in foreign relations or related field, at least 3 years of analytical and writing experience, and a Secret clearance.

Wage/Salary Range: $110k - $115k

Domestic office hours are 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with a non‑reimbursable 45‑minute lunch. However, an alternative work schedule, including but not limited to Telework and Alternate Work Schedule, mutually agreed upon by the COR or GTM and the resource may be implemented.
Performance will include an average of 40 hours each week, for each position, 1,912 hours per performance period. This task order may require overtime (OT) when work requirements extend beyond 40 hours per week. All overtime shall be pre‑approved with a request from the Government Manager to the COR for final approval.
As a condition of employment, you will be required to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and have acceptable background check results. If applicable to the contract, you must also obtain and maintain the appropriate clearance levels required and must also be able to obtain access to military installations.
