The role emphasizes independent work, strong communication and collaboration with sponsors, and the ability to manage project components under supervision. A Master’s degree (PhD preferred) and active TS/SCI clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; PhD preferred.
• Experience in research/analysis with human decision making or cognitive load is a plus.
• Ability to operate independently and in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Follows quality standards on well-structured project work with minimal guidance.
• Develops analytic frameworks and methodologies for addressing problems.
• Gathers broad institutional knowledge of primary clients and sponsors.
• Supports business development and marketing through high-quality work.
• Interacts with sponsors/clients under supervision and with study POCs.
• Contributes to research publications and analytic products.
• Communicates results clearly to colleagues and sponsors.
• May lead small project components under supervision.
