AARP Foundation in Washington, DC is seeking a Research Analyst to join a team advancing aging and economic security through data-driven insights. You will collect, analyze, and visualize data and translate findings into accessible outputs for diverse audiences.
You will coordinate cross-functional projects, support development of research tools, and help integrate results into program design. A bachelor’s degree and hands-on experience with R, Python, or similar tools are preferred.

The Research Analyst is a key member of a research team that advances social impact at the intersection of aging and economic security. This role contributes to research projects that generate actionable insights to inform the Foundation's strategic priorities, business decisions, and thought leadership efforts. The Research Analyst collects, analyzes, and visualizes data; translates findings into compelling products for diverse audiences; and coordinates and tracks activities across complex, cross-functional projects to support the development of high-quality research and thought leadership.
