Job Description:

The Research Analyst at our Pharma Research Centre plays a crucial role in conducting and analyzing scientific research aimed at advancing pharmaceutical knowledge and developing innovative medical solutions. This position requires a blend of scientific expertise, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting Literature Reviews: Gather, analyze, and synthesize relevant scientific literature to understand the current landscape of research topics and identify gaps in knowledge.
  2. Experimental Design: Collaborate with senior researchers to design experiments and develop methodologies for conducting pharmaceutical research studies, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to ethical standards.
  3. Data Collection and Analysis: Perform experiments, collect data using various techniques such as chromatography, spectroscopy, and cell culture, and analyze results using statistical methods and software tools to derive meaningful insights.
  4. Report Writing: Prepare detailed reports, research papers, and presentations summarizing experimental procedures, results, and conclusions for internal review, publication, or presentation at conferences.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including scientists, technicians, and project managers to coordinate research activities, share findings, and contribute to the development of research strategies and project goals.
  6. Quality Control: Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, data, and findings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards in pharmaceutical research.
  7. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on advancements in pharmaceutical research methodologies, technologies, and industry trends through literature review, attendance at seminars, workshops, and participation in relevant training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, biology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical research principles, experimental techniques, and analytical methods.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Python, MATLAB) and statistical analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Qualifications:
