Qualifications

• 1–3 years of CRE research, data analytics, or related field.
• Strong data collection, validation, and auditing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Proficient in Excel and quick to learn new databases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience with CRE databases and research tools is helpful but not required.
• Experience with Salesforce, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, CommGate, Moody’s, LandVision, RCA, Dealius, LightBox, Canva, and MS Office a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to learn new databases and research platforms quickly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work on detailed, long-term projects.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and intellectually curious with a desire to grow in commercial real estate.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently and take ownership of assignments.
• Experience with commercial real estate databases and research tools is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
• Experience with Salesforce, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, CommGate, Moody’s, LandVision, Real Capital Analytics, Dealius, LightBox, Canva, and Microsoft Office is a plus.
