Your role

The USA Research Desk Assistant provides administrative and secretarial support to research analysts, economists, and strategists. The Desk Assistant helps ensure the smooth operation of the department by working closely with publishing analysts, their teams, Business Managers, and other team assistants on various recurring and ad hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities include:
  1. Administrative organization and coordination of managers' diaries and travel arrangements
  2. Performing and coordinating routine and specialized work
  3. Handling incoming mail and calls
  4. Cooperating closely with other assistants
  5. Supporting broader administrative and operational functions of the global department
  6. Submitting expenses for processing
  7. Organizing services such as ordering supplies and equipment, arranging travel, and screening visitors and calls
Salary Information

New York: the salary range for this role is $85,000 to $107,500. This range is based on factors including experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
