OneOncology is seeking a Research Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and operational support to the VP of Research and multiple research departments. The role ensures seamless coordination across teams and efficient communication flow, reporting to the VP, Clinical Research.
Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel logistics, minutes, committee support, and contributing to KPI dashboards and site performance reports.

The Research Administrative Coordinator provides high-level administrative and operational support to the VP, Research and various research departments within OneR. This role reports to the VP, Clinical Research and is crucial in ensuring seamless coordination between departments, supporting all teams across OneR. The coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative tasks and ensure communication flow across teams.
