The Ohio State University, Columbus, seeks a Research Administration Management Analyst 2 to coordinate and support the Pair 2 Care program—a grant-funded effort focused on participant engagement, program evaluation, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities include administrative, regulatory, and participant support; coordinating recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, meetings, reporting, data collection, and evaluation; and serving as a main contact for participants, mentors, and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of relevant experience required. 2–4 years preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support day-to-day operations of the Pair 2 Care program.
• Provide administrative, regulatory, and participant support to ensure project objectives and sponsor compliance.
• Coordinate project activities including participant recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, meetings, reporting, data collection, and evaluation.
• Serve as a primary contact for participants, mentors, community partners, and project team members.
• Assist with financial tracking, documentation management, and preparation of reports and scholarly materials.
• Support PI in maintaining effective project operations and achieving program goals.
