Job summary

A compassionate care facility in Florida is seeking Resident Care Aides to provide essential care and support to elderly residents. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, recognizing health changes, and ensuring resident care goals are met. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to make decisions, and be familiar with facility policies. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with the potential for overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures of the facility

Responsibilities

• Summary: Our Resident Care Aides will work together with the Director of Nursing to ensure that resident care goals are being met, including providing personal care services, assistance, support and supervision to all residents
• An individual will also demonstrate good skills in all forms of communication
• CPR/First Aid Training
