Metropolitan Family Services is seeking a Resale Sales Associate for our Treasure House locations in Glen Ellyn and Naperville. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

You will assist with donations, displays, and promotions while upholding dignity and confidentiality of clients. This position requires high school diploma and reliability, with driving between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Demonstrated aptitude with numbers; cashiering skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and welcoming store presence.
• Ability to respond appropriately, work independently, and be flexible.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a warm, welcoming store environment for customers, volunteers, donors, and clients.
• Operate cash and credit transactions accurately.

• Drive between Treasure House sites as needed.
