Qualifications

• Good physical condition, capable of lifting at least 50 lbs and using proper safety techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage store inventory to ensure adequate supplies and neat display.
• Set prices on merchandise consistent with program values.
• Supervise staff and volunteers and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee customer relations and ensure dignity and respect for all customers.
• Count cash daily and reconcile receipts; prepare and deposit funds.
• Recommend changes in store policies, procedures and operations.
• Solicit clothing donations or volunteers as needed for appeals.
• Order routine store supplies and promote the store in the community.
