Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines and juggle multiple projects; strong organizational skills.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.

Requirements Analyst - Temp to Hire

Lafayette Group is seeking qualified and team-oriented individuals to work with federal government organizations in support of national cybersecurity programs. The Requirements Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to drive requirements from initial discovery through validation and delivery for critical projects. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, identifying capability gaps and mapping opportunities to improve alignment across teams. Daily responsibilities include gathering, developing, analyzing, and validating technical and project requirements and ensuring they align with the client's mission needs, priorities and resource availability. This role requires a blend of skills and experience with defining business needs, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, strategy, and project management.

• US citizenship with an ability to obtain and maintain DHS Suitability (EOD).

Desired Skills

• Prior consulting or program support experience with DHS, CISA, or other federal cybersecurity organizations.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, and other similar tools.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently while maintaining excellent communication with project leadership.

Salary Range

$2,916.67 - $3,958.33 per pay period (annualized equivalent: $70,000 - $95,000)
