Lafayette Group is seeking qualified and team-oriented individuals to work with federal government organizations in support of national cybersecurity programs. The Requirements Analyst works with internal and external stakeholders to drive requirements from initial discovery through validation and delivery for critical projects. This role is responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration, identifying capability gaps and mapping opportunities to improve alignment across teams. Daily responsibilities include gathering, developing, analyzing, and validating technical and project requirements and ensuring they align with the client’s mission needs, priorities and resource availability. This role requires a blend of skills and experience with defining business needs, stakeholder engagement, knowledge management, strategy, and project management. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced, collaborative team member who shares our passion for supporting cybersecurity, has an innate curiosity to learn, and the drive to excel with a team of like-minded colleagues in a dynamic environment. $2,916.67 - $3,958.33 per pay period (annualized equivalent: $70,000 – $95,000)

This positioninvolves working on federal contracts that require all workers on the contract to be U.S. Citizens. Additionally, some contracts may require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
