Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, BA, management, or related field
• 5+ years in IT, cybersecurity, or business operations in federal/large enterprise environments
• Expert in requirements management with elicitation, documentation, and traceability to solution implementation
• Strong analytical and critical thinking; curious problem-solver
• Excellent oral and written communication; diplomatic listener
• Strong time management to handle multiple projects; detail-oriented
• Familiar with project management concepts and tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• US citizenship with ability to obtain DHS suitability (EOD)

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and develop project artifacts (workflows, use cases, processes)
• Identify gaps, risks, or dependencies and escalate them
• Conduct stakeholder interactions under senior guidance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align related workstreams
• Summarize information and produce briefing materials as an individual contributor
• Collect and organize project data to support analysis and reporting
• Analyze data to inform project decisions
• Perform project management tasks (schedules, action items, documentation)
• Prepare clear action-oriented meeting materials capturing key notes and follow-ups
