Job summary

Info Gain Consulting (IGC) is seeking a Requirements Analyst Lead to guide detailed elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability for analytical capabilities, technology pilots, systems, and workflows in a federal environment.

You will translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, coordinate with engineering and business analysis teams, and support change control and documentation ownership for complex IT programs at IGC.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in requirements analysis or systems analysis.
• Experience with complex IT or analytic systems in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with requirements-management tools and best practices.

Position Summary

IGC is seeking a Requirements Analyst Lead to lead and support detailed requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and traceability for analytical capabilities, technology pilots, systems, and workflows. The individual will translate stakeholder and operational needs into clear, controlled requirements and supporting artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and working sessions.
• Develop and maintain functional, nonfunctional, and interface requirements documentation.
• Trace requirements to program objectives, operational needs, use cases, and test criteria.
• Coordinate with Systems Engineers and Business Analysts to ensure requirements are complete and consistent.
• Support requirements change control and configuration management.
• Refine operational needs, use cases, technical requirements, and performance objectives for analytical capabilities and technology pilots.
• Support acquisition planning by contributing to performance work statements, technical requirements, evaluation criteria, market-research documentation, and other supporting artifacts as directed.
• Translate pilot findings and lessons learned into refined technical and operational requirements and transition-support documentation.
• Support development of measurable criteria for testing, evaluation, capability assessment, and stakeholder decision-making.
• Maintain requirements artifacts in a form that supports traceability, review, approval, and controlled revision.

Minimum Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in requirements analysis or systems analysis.
• Experience working on complex information-technology or analytic systems in a federal environment.
• Familiarity with requirements-management tools and best practices.

Background Investigation and Access

• Ability to complete applicable federal background-investigation, facility-access, and system-access requirements based on the assigned work.
• On-site computer access may require completion of the applicable background investigation.
• Ability to safeguard sensitive and regulated information and follow applicable information-protection requirements.
