Job summary

Planned Parenthood Los Angeles is seeking full-time Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or Certified Nurse Midwives to serve a diverse patient population at our West Hollywood Health Center, with float to other LA centers as needed.

The Clinician will provide comprehensive care including exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. Strong communication, customer service, and ability to work independently and with a team are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Current California license as CNM, NP, or PA required.
• Master’s degree or higher required.
• BLS & ACLS certification from American Heart Association.
• NPI number required.
• Medi-Cal provider application completed.
• DEA license preferred.
• Flexible hours including weekends and on-call duties.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling.
• Perform physical exams with emphasis on reproductive system.
• Maintain productivity standards (≥3 visits/hour).
• Interpret and document in EHR.
• Travel within Los Angeles County as needed.
• Train/licensed staff as needed.
• Serve as medical resource for licensed and non-licensed staff.
