Impact Recruiting Solutions is recruiting a Reproductive Endocrinologist (Fertility Specialist) for a boutique fertility clinic in Manhattan. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered team and seeks to advance fertility care.

The role offers a generous compensation package, including a $400,000–$800,000 annual salary (DOE), sign-on and relocation assistance, and both full-time and part-time options in a premier NYC location.

Qualifications

• MD/DO in OB-GYN required.
• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology.
• Active New York State medical license.
• Two years of work experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle outpatient visits in endocrinology and infertility.
• Perform infertility evaluation, including ultrasound, SIS, and endometrial biopsies.
• Manage and monitor natural, IUI, and IVF cycles.
• Surgical cases: egg retrievals, cyst aspirations, hysteroscopies, D&C, frozen embryo transfers.
• Oversee medication administration.
• Cover other physicians’ patients when needed.
• Offer call coverage on holidays/weekends.

Qualifications:

• Education: M.D. or D.O. in Obstetrics and Gynecology (required).
• Certificate: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Reproductive Endocrinology.
• Licensure: Active New York State medical license.
• Experience: We welcome new graduates, but at least two years of work experience is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in outpatient GYN procedures (ultrasounds, pap smears, blood work, pregnancy confirmation).
• Soft Skills: Enthusiastic, adaptable, and team-oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Others: Ability to commute to NYC.

Key Responsibilities:
