Job summary

CREO Group is seeking a Reprocessing Specialist in Chambersburg, PA to lead the preparation of reusable materials and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards. The role is full-time and onsite with competitive benefits.

You will sort, decontaminate, and reprocess plastic and other materials using shredders, balers, extruders, and granulators, while maintaining detailed processing logs.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED certificate is required.
• 2+ years of experience in waste management, materials recovery, or industrial operations.
• Experience operating and maintaining recycling reprocessing machinery is preferred.
• On-the-job training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and prepare recyclable materials for reprocessing.
• Operate and maintain reprocessing machinery, including shredders, balers, extruders, and granulators.
• Monitor contamination levels and remove non-recyclable or hazardous items.
• Record processing data and maintain logs and quality control records.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety regulations.
