Job summary

Rehrig Pacific is seeking a dependable Recycling/Housekeeping Associate in Pottsville, PA to maintain a clean and safe facility while supporting production flow. You will monitor waste levels, baling recyclable materials, and assist with overall material handling within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include operating baling equipment, adhering to safety policies, and reporting needs to site leadership.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, reaching, and lifting.
• Familiarity with pallet jacks is a plus.
• Forklift experience and certification a plus—training provided if needed.
• High School Diploma, GED, or comparable work-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping standards and support production flow.
• Monitor trash levels and report service needs.
• Bale cardboard, plastic, shrink wrap and other materials.
• Support safety policies and operate baling equipment safely.
• Perform duties as assigned by site leadership.
