Job summary

CREO Group in Chambersburg, PA seeks a Reprocessing Specialist to manage sorting, decontamination, and reprocessing of recyclable materials. You will operate shredders, balers, extruders, and granulators, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in waste management or industrial operations. Experience with recycling machinery is preferred; on-the-job training is available.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in waste management, materials recovery, or industrial operations.
• Experience operating recycling reprocessing machinery preferred.
• On-the-job training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify, sort, and prepare recyclable materials for reprocessing.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality and contaminants.
• Monitor contamination levels and remove non-recyclable items.
• Operate and maintain reprocessing machinery (shredders, balers, extruders, granulators).
• Record processing data and maintain logs and quality records.
