Job summary

Mimeo seeks a Reprint Operator to manage and ensure the reprint process is completed accurately and on schedule in our Memphis facility. This full-time onsite role reports to the Production Supervisor and requires handling quick turnarounds and attention to quality.

You will work with MMS to initiate reprints, position materials, and meet SLA targets. The job involves lifting up to 50 lbs, extended shifts, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure to meet goals.
• Must be dependable; able to work overtime with little or no notice.
• Team-oriented and flexible.

SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

• Track and expedite reprints through production
• Ensure reprints and good work are matched up to complete the order
• Manage the reprint process to ensure successful attainment of SLA
• Monitor reprint trends and elevate common occurrences to leaders
• Offer recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned job description
• Ability to work flexible shifts, extended hours, evenings and weekends, with little or no advance notice.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
