Job summary

The Reprint Operator in Memphis, TN is responsible for managing and expediting the reprint process to ensure accuracy and timely completion. You will receive requests from production and initiate reprints in MMS while maintaining quality standards.

This non-exempt full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least six months in manufacturing, and the ability to work under deadlines, overtime with little notice, and in flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

SUMMARY:

The Reprint Operator is responsible for managing and ensuring the reprint process is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• SeReceive reprint requests from production
• Initiate systematic reprints in MMS
• Slot good materials in designated locations awaiting completion of reprints

SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure to meet goals
• Must be dependable; have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Team-oriented and flexible

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

• Track and expedite reprints through production
• Ensure reprints and good work are matched up to complete the order
• Manage the reprint process to ensure successful attainment of SLA
• Monitor reprint trends and elevate common occurrences to leaders
• Offer recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned job description
• Ability to work flexible shifts, extended hours, evenings and weekends, with little or no advance notice.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk frequently.
• Able to bend, stoop and reach occasionally.
