This role involves investigating complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in single or multi-car accidents, as well as moderate or major claims. The individual may also handle complex CPL claims or specialized claims such as business interruption, loss of income, or E&O policies. Responsibilities include taking recorded statements, resolving loss of use claims, making payments, and negotiating or referring bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.
This is a permanent remote role within the U.S., excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Requirements include a dedicated home office, minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate workspace. Allstate provides equipment and internet reimbursement of $80/month.

Annual salary ranges from $50,000 to $82,542.50, based on experience and qualifications.
