Job Description
This role involves investigating complex, represented claims, including uninsured or underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) claims in single or multi-car accidents, as well as moderate or major claims. The individual may also handle complex CPL claims or specialized claims such as business interruption, loss of income, or E&O policies. Responsibilities include taking recorded statements, resolving loss of use claims, making payments, and negotiating or referring bodily injury issues that cannot be resolved.

Remote Work Details:
This is a permanent remote, home-based role within the United States (excluding California, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Requirements include a dedicated workspace, minimum internet bandwidth of 50 MB down/5 MB up, and appropriate equipment, which Allstate provides. A license may be required within 60 days of hire, with a sign-on bonus of $1,000 available for licensed candidates.
