Job Description

As a Represented Moderate Adjuster at Allstate, your primary responsibilities will include investigating automobile accidents involving one or multiple vehicles resulting in property damage and/or bodily injury, often involving an attorney. You will work remotely from your home, assessing coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service. Communication with customers and attorneys will occur via voice calls, email, and text messages. You will utilize innovative platforms and tools to negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved.

Key Roles:

• Customer Service Expert: Demonstrate empathy, clarity, and commitment to caring, empowering, and restoring customers during each claim.
• Investigator: Independently review damage, interpret policies, and determine coverage for casualty claims.
• Effective Communicator: Use various communication channels to guide customers through a fast, fair, and transparent claims process.
• Negotiator: Evaluate and negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, and third-party carriers, employing appropriate tactics.
• Problem Solver: Use multiple tools and critical thinking skills to efficiently handle claims in a fast-paced environment.
• Recorder: Ensure accurate documentation of all claim activities in the claims system, protecting the company's financial interests.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of 3rd Party Bodily Injury Claims handling experience
• 2-5 years of claims experience in Georgia
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability
• Critical thinking and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of claims evaluation tools and platforms

Remote Work Requirements:

• A dedicated home office space
• Internet bandwidth of at least 50 MB down/5 MB up
• Appropriate workspace and seating
