Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals are seeking a Representatives, Ticket Operations to support the box office. This in-person role assists with ticket sales, customer service, and order processing for Stadium events.

Primary duties include handling sales across multiple channels, maintaining accuracy of fees, and staying current on events at State Farm Stadium. Strong communication and flexibility are required for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with money or ticket handling preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, especially SeatGeek, is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales in person, by phone, online, and by mail.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues or complaints.
• Use technology to process orders (computers, cell phones).
• Determine and collect applicable fees; guide patron decisions and issue tickets.
• Process and verify credit card purchases.
• Stay informed about State Farm Stadium offerings and events.
• Operate the SeatGeek ticketing system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Summary:

The Ticket Operations Representative assists the Ticket Operations Director with all box office activities.

Primary Job Duties:

• Process ticket sales efficiently and effectively in person, by phone, by internet, and by mail.
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues and/or complaints.
• Utilize different types of technology to help process orders including computers and cell phones.
• Determine and collect appropriate fees, guide patron decisions, and issue tickets.
• Process and verify credit card purchases.
• Be well-versed on all State Farm Stadium offerings, stay current on all events
• Operate SeatGeek ticketing system.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Education:High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience:Previous money or ticket handling experience preferred
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and more specifically the SeatGeek ticketing system preferred.
• Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively and multi-task to get competing duties accomplished in a timely manner.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• May view computer screens for long periods of time.
• Flexible schedule required, must be able to work long hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.
