Role Overview

As an Incontestable Claims Examiner, you will assist in the processing of incontestable life insurance claims by gathering documentation, verifying information, and providing service to beneficiaries and internal teams. You’ll work under direct supervision and follow established procedures to ensure timely and accurate claims handling.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will support the claims process by reviewing and organizing incoming documentation, verifying claim details in internal systems, and communicating with beneficiaries to request any missing or incomplete forms. You will provide status updates to claimants and internal stakeholders, follow established workflows, and ensure that records are accurately entered and maintained in the claims management system. You will also elevate any unclear or complex cases to senior team members and assist with general administrative tasks as needed to support team efficiency.

Pay Transparency

Salary Range: $40,000-$52,500
Overtime eligible: Nonexempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
