Job Title: Front Desk Representative at Optima Medical

Join us at Optima Medical as a Front Desk Representative. We are a leading Arizona-based medical group with 27 locations and over 110 medical providers, serving more than 120,000 patients statewide.

About Optima Medical

Our mission is to improve quality of life across Arizona through personalized healthcare focused on prevention. We offer a wide range of services including primary care, cardiovascular health, behavioral health, allergy testing, lab testing, imaging, and chronic disease management.

Responsibilities
  • Verify insurance coverage
  • Collect past due balances and copayments
  • Answer phones and relay messages
  • Confirm and schedule patient appointments
  • Input and update patient information, including insurance details
Qualifications
  • 1 year experience in Medical Front Office (preferred)
  • 1 year customer service experience (required)
  • Experience with EMR systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and positive team player
  • Ability to multitask efficiently
