Job summary

Bally's Interactive in Rock Island, IL seeks a Count Team Member to support service excellence and accurate cash handling across casino drop boxes and promotional events.

You will maintain internal controls, assist with supervisory duties when designated, and contribute to a safe, compliant, and guest-focused workplace. Training provided for specific drop processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains a service culture ensuring superior guest service by all team members.
• Count and record Electronic Gaming Device bill validator drop boxes and table game drop boxes.
• Manage Bill Validator Drop Box collection and drop process.
• Assist as needed if designated as Assistant Count Team Supervisor for a shift.
• Count non-gaming daily drop funds (Buffet, Steakhouse, Gift Shop, etc.).
• Maintain compliance with Internal Controls and regulatory policies.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
• Stay informed about all promotions and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Responsible for the counting and recording of Electronic Gaming Device bill validator drop boxes and Table game drop boxes.
• Responsible for the Bill Validator Drop Box collection/drop process.
• A Count Team Member may assume the duties of the Assistant Count Team Supervisor for a shift, if so designated. The Count Team Member will be designated prior to his/her shift by the Count Team Supervisor.
• Count of non-gaming daily drop funds (i.e., Buffet, Steakhouse, Gift Shop, etc.).
• Maintain compliance with Internal Controls during processes.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• All other duties as assigned.

Target Salary

• Target Salary Range $18.00
