Baptist in Mississippi seeks a patient access clerk who will obtain demographic, financial and clinical information and enter it into the system to create medical records.

You will apply guidelines to determine upfront collections and provide courteous service to expedite patient flow; other duties as assigned, including health screenings.

Qualificações

• Must communicate clearly and effectively in standard English to achieve high productivity.
• Capable of accurate data entry and recording information.
• Associates degree or 2 years of college required or preferred. CHAA certification is a plus.

• 1 year of business experience.

• 1 year of business experience in a healthcare environment.

• Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.

• Associates degree or 2 years of college level courses.
