U-Haul recrute un(e) Représentant(e) du service client pour le centre de Lakewood, CO. Vous aiderez les clients, gérerez les locations via U-Scan et préparerez les factures tout en inspectant les équipements et en assurant leur mise en service. Poste à temps partiel avec formation en interne.

Responsabilités

• Aider les clients à l’intérieur et à l’extérieur d’un centre U-Haul.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l’inventaire.
• Préparer les factures de location et inspecter les équipements.
• Conduire une remorque et réaliser des vérifications d’équipements.
• Effectuer les démarches d’installation et répondre aux questions des clients.
