U-Haul à Anchorage recherche un(e) représentant(e) du service à la clientèle motivé et souriant(e). Vous aiderez les clients, gérerez les locations et l'inventaire via la technologie U-Scan et contribuerez à une expérience client mémorable.

Le poste est à temps partiel, sur site, avec formation continue et bonus de démarrage. Une polyvalence et un sens du service sont essentiels pour réussir dans ce rôle.

Competenze

• Permis de conduire valide et bonne historique de conduite.
• Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent.

Mansioni

• Aider les clients à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur d'un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Déplacer et connecter des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le terrain, fluides inclus.
• Répondre aux questions et renseigner les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures et accepter les retours d'équipement.
• Installer des attelages et câblage de remorque.
• Faire le propane (certification offerte après embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après embauche).
• Autres tâches assignées.
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
