Job summary

U-Haul, spécialisé dans la location et l’entretien d’équipements, recherche un(e) représentant(e) du service clientèle au centre de Bountiful. Vous aiderez les clients, gérerez les locations et ferez l’inventaire en utilisant U-Scan, et vous vous occuperez des préparatifs de facturation ainsi que des retours.

Le poste implique la démonstration d’un service client attentif, le montage et le diagnostic des équipements, et une participation à la formation continue via U-Haul University.

• Capacité à utiliser des technologies mobiles et à gérer les locations et l'inventaire.

Responsibilities

• Aider les clients à l'intérieur et autour d'un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Acheminer et accrocher des camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le terrain et vérifier les niveaux de fluides.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter les retours d'équipement.
• Installer les attelages et le câblage de remorques.
• Effectuer le remplissage de propane et conduire un chariot élévateur (certifications proposées par U-Haul).
• Participer à la formation continue via U-Haul University.
