Job summary

U-Haul recherche un représentant du service clientèle à Spokane Valley, Washington. Vous aiderez les clients et gérerez les locations en utilisant U-Scan et les systèmes internes, tout en inspectant le matériel et en assurant un service rapide et fiable.

Responsibilities

• Assister les clients à l'intérieur et autour d'un centre U-Haul avec les produits et services.
• Utiliser la technologie U-Scan pour gérer les locations et l'inventaire.
• Déplacer et raccorder les camions et remorques U-Haul.
• Nettoyer et inspecter l'équipement sur le parking.
• Répondre aux questions et informer les clients sur les produits et services.
• Préparer les factures de location et accepter les retours.
• Installer des attelages et le câblage de remorque.
• Saisir le propane (certification offerte après l'embauche).
• Conduire un chariot élévateur (certification offerte après l'embauche).
• Autres tâches selon les besoins.
• Participer à l'éducation continue via U-Haul University.
